98 daytona 500 boosts but flutters when boosted

hi all, my friend just bought a gtp daytona and when i boost the car it flutters or misses really bad, it still picks up speed(not as well) i get good boost also. the car runs smooth until u give it more than 1 pound of boost, or one light on the guage. i did research on the issue and someone recommended to unplug the bbv and see, i will try that and post the outcome. also i realize it could be a tune up but the car runs smooth until boost. also you can tell the supercharger was redone not long ago.its got premium fuel..looks like ac delco wires but not original...car has 168,xxx milesno engine light on at all, and does not flash when it does this fluttering. there are no mufflers on the car and it seems the exaust is comming out pretty good because its loud. i have yet to hook up the scanner to see what the heck is the problem...weird. any help is appriciated =)
 


Yeah. 168K...prolly has dry rot. Check all the rubber vacuum fittings around the LIM/blower/fuel rail/TB/EVAP.
 
i had got some 606 s for it, new ac plug wires. then the car wouldnt boost....found vacuum line broke probobly from doing the tune up he did. on to the next level lol! it boosts i would say 6 - 7 psi? 3/4 of the boost guage...not all the way. supercharger was rebuilt seems like it should get full boost or at least the guage. he is young doesnt need the psi anyway. thanks for the input car is a decent looking car and a special edition. i like the blue!
