'97 GTP + DHP = Uhhhh nothing...??

Went up to Chris's house tonight to get a little bit of tuning done, but, for some reason his DHP tuner was unable to download or write to my PCM. It's an Intense standard PCM, which should be unlocked. We got an error message stating that the tuner did not have permission to download the code, and DHP would not even let him open any '97 .bin file. I was under the impression that DHP was open to all 97-03 Series 2 GP's. What's going on?

I've had trouble reading Intense PCM's in the past as well....I can pull the file, but I can't open them.

Might want to ask them about that. See if they have yours locked for some reason. Mine works just fine.
