97 gtp, car bucks when the supercharger boosts

hello,
i just purchased a 97 gtp with 119000 miles on it. the car is in great shape, except that when the supercharge starts boosting, the car starts studdering/bucking. as long as its not boosting, it runs fine/idles fine. i'm tuning it up this weekend and will take it in to have the codes checked, but would appreciate any tips/ideas! thanks.

ps,
its stock inside and out.

Hi guys, im having similar problems with my brother's car.
stutters under boost.
Engine's a 99 gtp, freshly dropped. problem is it was not doing so with the previous engine. Engine and supercharger where changed.
Im getting trouble codes co244, co550, had the p0102b for the Maf sensor but just put an other one in and cleared the code. im also getting a p1571d. the guys blamed it on the maf and now the egr canister... but him killing the engine shouldn't have triggered co550?
these are the code we got today with the mecanic who did the swap.
abs and cel are on. traction control's not turning on....but it wasnt b4 the swap.
didn't get to the plugs and wire but the scan showed no misfire...
anything you guys could do to help us would be greatly apreciated

so we changed plugs/wires today, and that did solve the "bucking" on the engine, but the check engine light was still flashing and the car was running like crap. thought i heard an exhaust leak, and of course i'm no mechanic, but i thought that might have something to do with it. to make a long story short, it was a coil pack, #6 cyl kept coming up with an error. come to find out, it wasn't even getting spark. changed that, and everything is good. glad it was something easy, this time. i'm so glad my brother in law wanted to go get another check on the codes, i was ready to throw in the towel. oh, and by the way, i plugs on the back side aren't the greatest, but it's really not as bad as you think once you get to them. so next, i need to do powerstearing, then exhaust. once that's done, i'm thinking i'll start to have some "fun" with her.

Might as well upgrade the exhaust when you fix the leak IMO :D

Glad to hear you got her fixed did you put stock plugs back in it? And yeah, I did plugs on a stock 3800 last weekend...I have headers and I didn't remember how much of a PITA that rear plug was in front of the o2...I sure as **** raped my thumb on it LOL

Changing the plugs & wires and cleaning the coils fixed our problem.... to think they would of put new sparkplugs at least in a swap ... thx
