96 grand prix intake swap form 3.1 to 3.4

does anybody know what componetns i need to do the intake swap on my 96 grand prix se to a 3.4?

Honestly it wouldnt be worth it.

But to answer, lower intake manifold, upper intake plenum, throttle body, lower intake gaskets.

do i need to do the lower too? can i just do the upper?

i only think you need the UIM gasket and 3400 intake plenum. Throttle body is recommended though.

The lower plenum is a restriction.. why open up the top if you're going to keep the bottleneck at the bottom? Swapping uppers will create zero gain. Swapping the whole thing might give you one, as well as fix the potential issue of the lim gasket leaking if that's a common problem on those motors

im pretty sure the 3100 lower is about the same size as the 3400 lower.

While you're at it look into the 3500 topswap. I hear that opens up a bit of power.

for a 3500 top swap, youll need heads from a 3500 car.
might as well swap in a 3500 lol probably be cheaper.
