95 Grand Prix- 3.4 DOHC motor mount replacement

Hey all, I was hoping to get some suggestions on how to put in new motor mounts on a 95 Grand Prix GTP, it has the 3.4 DOHC so it has two mounts I believe. Has anyone done it or know where to find to procedure? Let me know and thanks! Mine are shot and I'd rather do it myself.​

I had my mech. do the rear and front. my back mount broke at the weld to the chassis check that. there is a third mount up on top of motor called a "dog bone" a torque strut it is called. highly visible when you open the hood looks like a dog bone
