95 GP brake issue

So whats happening is the car loses all accessory power and dies when I hit the brakes, It doesn't do it every time but about 90% of the time it does. I checked the vacuum hose thinking it may have been a leak but its all fine. I unplugged the plug that controls the brake lights from the switch on the peddle and that stopped the stalling. The only thing I can think of is that something might be wrong with the EBCM but I figured I would ask you guys to see if anyone else has had that problem and my be able to shed some light on it before i go replacing a bunch of stuff...lol

also there are no warning lights on. if that helps
