94 GTP gas smell and bouncing idle

My 94 Grand Prix GTP has a gas smell coming from it, but there is no evidence of a leak on the tank. Does anyone have an insight to a common place the gas might be coming from?

Also, when the car is idling in park, the rpms go up and down between 900 and 1200 approximately. Is the a problem with the computer?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
 


Check the fuel lines that connect up by the intake. They have plastic snap connectors that leak if they have had someone trying to take them off improperly.
