94 GTP Courtesy lights inop.

I have a 94 GTP with 55K on it in great condition, but the courtesy lights don't work due to a short. There were times the lights would work up to 2 months before the fuse blew and now it blows right away. Any ideas on how to fix this problem as I need to fix it as I need to sell the car ?
