94 Grand Prix speedo moves with signal flash

I have a 94 Grand Prix with a 3.1 and it has started to jump the speedometer and tach when I'm using the signals.
While setting in my driveway I had other dash lights on like the ebrake and seat belt lights they also dim and brighten with the flash.

Is this a sign of the switch going bad or a bad ground??
Has anyone had this happen?? Thanks, AMXTRA
 


does it happen when the engine is on or even when it`s off?
if only when on- probably there`s a problem with the alternator charging regulator and/or grounding.
if it happens in both cases- probably bad ground.
is the battery o.k.?
 
mine does the exact same thing but for some reason my signals blink really fast but i don't have any bulbs out, but yeah its weird everything twitches
