91 grand prix problems

got a 91 grand prix GTP, Currently the car has No power steering and No brakes. The brake fluid resoviour was full so i am assuming its the master cylinder, so im currently in the middle of replacing it. But power steering has me at a stump. When i turn my wheel i have no power steering what-so ever. And when i turn the wheel my PSP(powersteering pump) Makes no noise. I wiggled the wheel of the pump to feel if the bearing was bad and it's fully intact. afterwards i flushed the lines and blackish brown fluid came out. (it never got changed annoyingly.) but when i sampled the fluid in the resivour it was bright red almost brand new. i was wondering if the lines could be clogged? or could the pump rotors be corroded out? I have no idea i am just not getting into the automotive field and im at a loss of words. Just got this car from my dad as i need a daily driver, and i would like to get it back on the road as soon as possible. Please help Dx

Double check the lines and where they connect to the pump, make sure there is no debris or even plastic caps that may have been left on the pump and got pushed into the lines or fittings.

Rotors wouldn't be corroded out if the reservoir full of fluid looks brand new.

There's somebody else with better experience with this issue than me, that idea was just from a recent friend that had the issue
