89 Grand Prix Aftermarket Dash Kit?

I am having a hell of a time finding a dash install kit for my brother's 1989 Grand Prix 2 door. I found a few online, but obviously to go and pick one up would be better, especially with the nice weather we have this week.

He bought the Scoche 1982-05 GM kit, but the 89 isnt in there. I have been on the Autozone site, Best Buy, and all over google. I found these two kits, but Ive never ordered from them and dont really have experience with the brand. Im used to Scoche.

GM MULTI KIT (1982+ UP) [TELESCOPING KIT FOR CARS WHICH HAVE DEPTH PROBLEMS]

PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 1988-89 RADIO DASH KIT

Does anyone here have any experience with this site, or has done an aftermarket install on a 1989 Grand Prix? Any help is appreciated.

I had an 89 and the kit I used was made by metra, looks identical to the second one you listed.
I just went in to the local place that installs stereos and they ordered it in for me. If none around someplace like bestbuy or future shop could probably get it.

What you see on your dash as the stock unit is actually just the "controller", the actual radio is down under the dash almost right above where the passengers feet would be.
you will have to get the standard wiring harness gm cars around those years used and extend it to reach that distance.

Ok, Ive seen a bunch of metra kits. Having trouble locating the 89 model, even on their website. I will just look for the one that looks like that 2nd one. Ok, so the stereo is lower, but the aftermarket one would go where all those controllers are, correct? The harness just has to reach that far.
