88 Grand Prix: Wiring Harness? Possibly alternator seized?

I have an 88 Grand Prix Coupe
Just replaced ignition module and crank sensor because it would die when warm and wouldn't start.
ran great for 2 days.
Now my idle is low and rumbles. Lost alot of power and can barely get up hills.
I'm thinking i have some wires crossed and need to dig through my wiring harness or maybe my alternator seized.
Any suggestions/opinions?

I would check for vac. leaks. Also, if the alt. was seized the belt would have smoked by now and broken. Pop the hood while its running and see if the alt is spinning.

If so, take a multileter and test the battery while running. See if the voltage is low.

Is the CEL on?

the coil packs are numbered so it shoudnt be too bad ot check your plugg wires. also it could be just bad wires, check your spark plugs too. to check the rear ones you need to remove your front engine mounts and roll the engine foward (gotta love engineering :/ )

heres the cylinder numbering

2 4 6

1 3 5
