4T65e with HD upgrade noise?

So i replaced the trans in my 2000 GTP with a 2000 GT trans with 120k miles. (stock on gave up after 220kmiles can you believe it?!)
Ever since the swap my car has made a howling/humming noise. As the title says, i switched the HD diff into the GT trans.

Any help would be great!!!!!
 


Check out TEP's website. Look at stator bearing. Often when the bearing gets worn, you get the noises you mention.
