4 rpm engine knock/ shake

we have a 2002 grand prix gt with 170xxx on it, and it had a hard time starting due to the heavy freeze in MN. when we tried to turn it on, it sounded like the battery died and the fuel pump wasn't working. after chargeing the battery and warmer weather, the car started after it we cranked it for 20 seconds, it still sounded like we had a dead fuel pump. when we hit the gas in park the engine would shake, and clunk at 4 rpm, and above. any ideas/ fixes. hoping not serious.
 


also the car is a 3.6L, it also looks like we have a coolant leak from the back of the trans pan. we just had a oil change less then 300 miles ago and the oil is getting brown
 
If it's a 3.6, then there are more issues.

Only motor the 2002's came with...L36 3.8 liter V6, L67 Supercharged 3.8 liter V6, or a 3100 V6.

First thing, any check engine lights? If so, what are they?
 
Where in MN are you?

How much gas was in the car when you were trying to start it?

Does the car have an engine block heater?
