4 door hinge repair?

After doing some searching I have noticed a lot of people with sagging doors on 2 doors but I got sag on my 4 door. Driver front door to be exact. I saw Rockauto has a pin kit and I found a video of someone doing it on a 2 door on youtube. I assume it would be the same for my 4 door? How is the pin kit? Last a while? Should I not be a cheap ass and spring for new hinges? I have an 03 if it matters.
