so here are a couple of my stories...
one night when i lived in Ks, a friend and i where headed up i-35 in my moms 97 cutlass supreme (3.1) and here comes this little purple 4th gen escort, he gets up to me, looks over and revs it, just enough so i can hear his fart can, anyway he guns it and gets maybe a car on me, when i floor it, takes me about 10 sec and im a good 5 lengths ahead of him, slowed down and here he comes again, anyway we go at it about three or four times before he finally gives up and takes an exit....
another one, a few months ago i was with my friends mom leaving her bf's house, there is this little pink and grey aspire following us right up to the passing zone... now apparently she doesnt like tailgaters, as soon as we hit the passing zone he tries to pass, gets to maybe the back door and she floors it (4th gen Taurus 3.0 E85) and we hit like 100 and this guy, although now about three cars behind us, is still trying to keep up... it was hillarious
now a couple with my legend. got a friend with a 3800 shilouette (92) that decides he wants to see if my cars got any balls, we come up to a light, i let him get the jump, and no contest, before im though first, i can see his entire van in my rearview... then i see this guy in a VR6 Jetta, about an 03 i think, with a dealer tag. pull up to him at a light, and when it turns green he peels out... im thinking ok is he just trying out his car, or does he want some of my car?? when he does it at the next light i figure he is serious so i take him, now i gotta say i took on a VR6 with my 93 LS teg, so i know they are not slow, anyway he has me till about 30 when i get my rpms up, and im gone...
then the guy that i got the car from (he gave it to me in exchange for some work, he never actually drove it) wants to see what ive got on his 00 Durango V8.... long story short, he could get me off the line, and stay nose to nose through first, but once he hits second, im gone....
