So I finally joined this site after countless hours of searching. So I'm on my 3rd silver got. 2 have been Silvermist and my new 01 is galaxy silver 4 door. I had a Kenwood head unit with carbon fiber wrapped around dash kit , 6.5 inch Polk db6501 components in front, pioneer 6x9 three ways in rear, 40x4 alpine amp, 350 x1 alpine mono amp going to alpine 12 inch type R In sealed box. I had a piece of plywood I painted black that the sub was mounted on and I mounted an amp on each side. Sounded great! I had a gtx hood on it from previous owner. I went through an engine and trans. When I sold the car it hada 3.75 pulley on I with ngk tr6 and wizwizard and I thought it was a blast. The thing is once I sold it. I wanted another one and it had to silver. So I went two hours away to go look at one w a new trans and norust and new supercharger but the guy had no receipts. So I drove two hours back home. Finally one came up. A lady owned it for 10 years. Husband was mechanic but died. Car has rebuilt trans 3 months old w reciept. they wanted 5k and I offered 4k. Thought I got a good deal until I took it to my my mechanic. 1800 dollars later its still in shop. Needs a new ebcm wheel bearings tie rod end oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket. The car came with the polished 3 stars but I found 5 star torque stars wheels and bought them. They are currently gettingpowder coated super chrome with dDurga fortress finish and can't wait to post them.. so a 4k car ended up costing me 7.5k at this point and I'm kinda ticked off butI guess you never really know what you get when you buy a car though.
