My gf's 2001 gtp has had an on going issue where it sputters above 3k sometimes it clears itself and goes and sometimes it sputters, wont accelerate and the CEL flashes. For a while she was running crappy gas that her step dad was putting in her car, which eventually clogged the filter and pump on his truck. The car has good fuel pressure so I assumed she was having the same issue, so I swapped out the fuel filter the car ran better but still ****ty(symptoms I described. They were worse before the new filter) Anyhow I went to put a new strainer on today hoping that would help but the strainer I got from the parts store has 1 hole, hers has two. My first question where the hell do I get the right strainer. My second question is does anyone have any other suggestions so the car runs normally again?
