3800performance gets an A+ in my book

So long story short I ordered something from 3800performance, returned it and while being sent back part of it was lost. Box got a hole somewhere along the lines and had to file a claim through the shipper. Throughout all of this though Rob at 3800performance has been very helpful, patient and understanding about it all. He's been very prompt in returning emails and phone calls to get everything straightened out. I can tell you for sure that I will be dealing with 3800performance from now on whenever I need something. Doesn't matter if I have to spend a tiny bit more money to know that the customer service will be there if needed. Just wanted to give a shout out to them since we usually only see posts where someones complaining about bad customer service and not the other way around.
 


Good customer service is a big selling point for me. If you get people that care about their customers and their business, they will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
