3100 SFI Hesitation Problem HELP

1994 Grand Prix Coupe with the 3.1l SFI. When the engine is cold and i press the gas it bogs down. Ive looked this engine over top to bottom and cant find anything TB tps and iat check out ok. EGR is acting weird but seems to be doing the job. New airfilter on it, new plugs and wires. If I pump the gas pedal and press it down about half way the rpms go to about 1500 and 2 seconds later goes back up to normal rpms. This repeats until engine is warm. Please help
 


it sounds like your MAF could be a culprit. my car just recently started doing this as well, gonna pick up some MAF cleaner and clean that and see what changes.
also just curious if you replaced plugs and wires with stock?
 
im pretty sure you do as ii think 94 was the year they switched the OBD from 1 to 1.5. it is in the top of throttle body. ill try and snag a pic from my 95. you might want to clean your throttle body as well now that i think about it. buy some TB cleaner for it.
