3.69 gears installed! but issues...

so gears are installed! but got some issues that i think maybe tune related... idk though would like opinions.

first issue:it hard shifts,,, like really hard lol, threw all gears,

second issue: if im in moderate throttle going threw first gear, when it goes into second gear the car keeps accelerating but seems like a loss of power for 2-3 seconds then I get all my power back.. almost seems like its slipping but it isnt... idk. ill send a video
some reason none of videos will upload and play straight.... so hear is a sideways video lol, i put down the throttle 30% and hold it there, after it goes into second gear 2-3 seconds after youll see the rpms jump a little and it starts accelerating harder, if i take off nice and slow and it goes into second then i get into the throttle it does not do this, if i manual shift it into second and let the rpms go way down then get on it it doesnt do this, only when shifting from 1-2 in moderate throttle this wierd issue occurs.

turn up the volume you can hear when i get my power back... its weird

I havent gone wot into 2nd gear yet as i dont want to hurt the trans..

think its just the tune?
anyone else got any ideas?
think i should try a wot run and see if anything wierd happends? it seems to shift smoother/softer on harder throttle..

when i swapped the trans months ago it never shifted this hard.

I got thinking(hard thing for to do lol) and im gonna unplug the battery and reset the pcm, here is my thoughts.

I installed the pcm(tuned for 3.69) when my final drive was 2.72.
i then drove across town to my father inlaws garage to get my gears installed, got the gears installed... but never unplugged the battery to reset the pcm.
so the pcm wants 3.69 gears, i drove for 10 min with 2.72 gears, didnt reset the pcm, then drove with 3.69 gears....pcm is thinking wtf maybe?? lol

Once you've driven and it shifts hard, scan it w/o turning off the ignition. Bet you see a max adapt code. Which would mean it's pissed off.

I'd think this is likely in the tune. 2.72 vs 3.69 should have been very close and likely should have run fine on the tune.
 
ya im thinking it maybe tune related also, overkill has been very helpfull and replies quickly with any questions I have so ill get this fixed sooner or later I have no doubt. Once the wife gets up im gonna unplug the battery and see if that helps, kinda doubting it but never know...fingers crossed lol. if it doesnt work I might ask blue to send his trans settings to overkill cause he has his 3.69 gears in and working properly.
 


Programming is 100% correct, I program my gear ratio changes with the correct method and not the skew method which is the difference with one program versus the other. I had 3.69s on my GTP, I've programmed for 3.69 gears a few times before!!!!!!!

Same trans was shifting nice on the previous gears when I in-car tuned it a few months ago. Same pressure settings on the new 3.69 gears. See how it is after you reset the computer.
 
Unplugged the battery for a few hours and went for a drive. Shift fine from 1-2 and 2-3 once. Then i came to a stop sign and took off again and it started shifting hard again And that other wierd issue i described in the original post.

Drove the car to work. The car also bogs with the 2-3 shift and i think 4th gear also but 4th is harder to tell. doesnt really matter if im heavy on the throttle or light it does it.
So does that weird bog thing every gear.

ok got youtube to fix my videos, here is the best one i got of the weird bog out issue, when it shifts into second you can see after 2-3 second the rpms jump and the engine sounds like I applied 10-20% more throttle...but my foot stays in the exact same position.
