25 Chat messages?

Am i just too new to continue using the chat after 25 messages in a 24 hour period or is this an all the time thing??

No idea when it's lifted, but it doesnt take much. Somthing around 50-100 posts and maybe or 1-3 months active.

You have to do 200 push ups then your restriction is lifted
