2008 Grand Prix: Where in the heck is the Power window fuse!!

Here we go.
GM was nice enough to include a picture of the fuse panel in the owner's manual.
The problem is that the top half of the pic' is there.
The section below the line is not.
Anyone know where the power window fuse/breaker is located?
It's an 08 GP

The section below the line is not on my fuse panel. Everything is there above the line but only the wiring is below the line. I cannot find the power window fuse/relay. I'm stomped please help...
 
I finally found it. The fuse is on the back side of the fuse block which is absolutely insane to get too. you have to drop the glove box just to get to it. Not to mention its really not a fuse but it looks like a relay switch of some sort.
 


Why did GM put the fuse back in hard to reach spot by the glove box? In 2004-2006 all of the fuse was either from the side, easily accessible, or under the hood, also easily accessible. Before 2004, some of the fuse were also hard to get within the glove box.

Is there an engineer who takes perverse pleasure in hearing people complain about having to take out a bunch of parts and contorting their body in uncomfortable pose just to reach a hard to reach fuse or relay???
