2008 Grand Prix V6 Fuel Issue

At the fuel rail, I barely have any fuel pressure and it will not start until I cycle the key several time, allowing the fuel pump to cycle. Then I test the fuel pressure at the rail and it has pressure and it will start without an issue. If it sits over night, same thing. Replaced the fuel pump thinking that would fix the problem, it did not. Car drives fine, doesn't stall or hesitate. No codes shown. I'm at a loss for what the issue might be.

When you replaced the fuel pump, did you replace the entire canister/pump assembly or just the pump itself? If just the pump check the corrugated pipe that goes from the fuel pump to the line that feeds the motor. Might not be tight and loosing pressure. Also, when you first turn the key do you wait for the fuel pump to stop running it's prime or do you just roll the key straight to start? That will have an affect to. I noticed mine fires up quicker if I let the pump do it's thing at the key turn and then turn it to fire it up.
