2008 Grand Prix drivers side outside door handle linkage

The drivers door on my 2008 Grand Prix is hard to open. I have to pull the handle up as high as it will go, and pull on the top of the door to open it. While I had the door panel off a week ago to replace the mirror, I inspected the linkage and nothing was broken. Is there some sort of linkage adjustment I can do?
