2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3.8L Supercharged.

Hello,

I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, it has a 3.8L Supercharged motor. It also has the limited edition factory package.

My question is about adding a cold air intake to the car, from my understanding the car has a decent intake already but I'm looking to increase performance in small increments, would an upgraded intake make enough difference to make it worth it? My understanding is the supercharger forces more air in, there for if I made it easier to get air I would get the most performance from the supercharger.

If you guys feel I should go for it, what brand and model cold air intake should I go for?

Im new to all this newer car stuff, I'm used to being around the classics.

Id appreciate a season opinion, based on experience.

Thanks forum and I appreciate Your import!

Do not buy a CAI, make your own Hot Air Intake because the supercharger will heat up the air.
Also increasing intake air requires increasing exhaust rate so headers are a very good idea.
