Hey I just joined this group I just did a replacement transmission in my fiancée car bought a used one with a warranty and we had to pull the whole motor with trans it was a pain in my butt we got everything hooked up now it won't start I have a bunch of lights that are on my dash when I turn the key to power it makes a clicking noise and just won't want to turn over. Do I have to get the computer flashed or anything with a different transmission? I would appreciate every help I can get
