2007 HID Fog Lights

I've read a lot about the 35 watt HID fogs melting the fog light housings on a lot of the 97-03 models, I couldn't find much on 2004+ for this issue. I am currently thinking about upgrading my 2007 Grand Prix fog lights to HID but don't want the melting issue, does anyone currently have HID fogs in their stock housings without any problem?Thanks in advance!!
 


i have 8k for my headlights and fog lights and they dont seem to get hot or melt anything. I have a stock headlights for 04 grand prix gt.
