Was wondering if someone could give me an idea how much this thing is worth.It has a small hole on the casing where the water pump is so it leaks antifreeze when under pressure so the casing for the timing chain/water pump will have to be changed out.The vehicle has 250000 kms (mostly highway) a new tranny(done by mr transmission) new rear tires,new battery,aluminum rims and is in good shape body wise.Motor runs(seems strong) but obviously cant run long without overheating due to hole.any help would be appreciated thnx in advance
 


Are you sure its leaking out the casing, and its not just leaking out the weep hole in the water pump?

250,000 kms is a equal to about 155,000 miles, a little less than I have on my 07 GT (supercharged). As for value, its probably worth $4,000 or $5,000 max.
 
ya its strange it has a small hole the size of a pen right were the the coolant flows thru at the top.****ty part is u have to remove the whole casing off the motor to fix.thanx for info stealthee I will have to give this some thought I am not very mechanically inclined.nice looking car just hate to see it scrapped
