2007 GP Base Radio GM12-Auxv2 - Compatible?

Hello, I own a base-model 2007 GP without the Monsoon system.

I am looking to add an auxillary audio input for my iPod, using the CD changer port that I am not even sure my radio contains.

The only module that I have found that may fit my car is the GM12-Auxv2, but I am not sure, as most websites say it fits up to a 2005 or 2006 model. I am not sure of the differences in the GP for 2007, but I don't want to order the part and tear my dash apart to discover that the part is not compatible.

So...Will this part work? If not, any other suggestions?
