From poking around here and other forums looks like I'll be shopping for:
plog and downpipe (maybe headers, but not sure its worth the trouble for my purposes)
NX proton 75 shot
tb spacer just for a place to mount the nozzle
diy shift kit(Just to firm it up,don't want any neck snapping shifts. This is the family car after all)

I'm not looking for something too hot, just some extra passing power and a little cool factor for myself.
