2006 Grand Prix Transmittion Gremlin

I notice time to time (about once every two weeks) my transmittion shifts hard and in those times the temp rises quickly.
Filter and fluid have been replaced (every drop in the transmittion by a pro shop) and it reads full
at operating temp.
This car is the base model Grand Prix, so idea's?
