Hey guys, I recently had my intermediate shaft replaced on my '06 Grand Prix GT, I was wondering if the steering wheel is suppose to lock once the car is turned off. Took it to the dealership but they said it wasn't suppose to lock, but that seemed weird. Anyone have an '06 Grand Prix that can tell me yes or no? Thanks!
