2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Noob Question

Earlier today the car spoke and said something about a phone. This was the first time we've ever heard it speak and we're not sure if we pressed something or what. What button makes it talk?

I think even if it's not active, It'll still do some talking. It did that to me once in our Monte Carlo. I was trying to flip the rear view mirror angle for nighttime, and I hit one of the buttons. Of course they will try to sell your service if you try to use it, I imagine.
