2005 GTP full throttle battery drop

I have a 2005 grand prix GTP and when I punch the throttle to pass or do a speed pass the charging system failure light comes on and my battery voltage drops from 14.2 to below 9 and the car loses power once I let off and go back to driving normal the battery charges fine again boost gauge only gets to about three quarters of the gauge as well on the DIC I believe it used to peg the gauge when punching it. Please help I love this car but it's annoying. Also with car on accessory the battery sits at 12.29 volts
 


couple of things im thinkin:
clean battery terminals and grounds. check alt terminals. have battery load tested and test the alternator.
 
Cables are clean 0 corrosion on them also every once in a while my rpm,fuel,temp,boost gauge quit working for like 5 mins then after restarting the car it well work again my obd 2 port also quits working. During. This the lights slightly dim
 
Cables seem good I'll check grounds battery has never given me problems.. also every once in a while my rpm,fuel,temp,boost gauges die and my obd2 port quits working as well until I restart the car.
 
Batteries good cables are good also having a problem where the rpm,temp,boost,and obd2 port quit working for about 5-10 minutes with slight light dimming then after restarting everything works again
