2005 Grand Prix Low Temp(I think)

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum, but have owned many grand prixs over the years. I currently have a 2005 Grand Prix GT with 140k miles.

I am having a problem getting heat in my car now that winter is showing it's face. I bought the car 3 years ago and it's been the same each cold season.

I have had the radiator, heater core all flushed, and new fluid put in right before last winter, and still the same. At same time a new thermostat was put in. See the image below for where my temp gauge rests in the winter and summer. Summer is fine, since I don't need heat, but right now it's cold.

From what I can tell, no leaks in coolant system as I went two year without having to refill anything. No smell in car either.

Any idea? Maybe thermo is a lower 180? open? Just realized I could have bought that instead of the stock 195? thermo.

Thanks
