2005 Grand Prix GT2 Rear Defogger Fuse

Just so everyone can validate Im not as crazy as I think I am, I need help finding the rear defog fuse.

In the mornings I press the rear defog button and there is a 'click' and the light goes on but no defog, so fuse is the first place to start.

So here is the picture of the instrument panel fuse box:

And here is what I see..........The top part (RAP, Power Seat, Seunroof, etc...) is all pretty clear. I dont see the bottom part which has the RR Defog. There is just this what box with wires coming out of it........Do I need to remove the white box to reveal the additional fuses?

I should also add that I check the engine bay fuse box and its not there - all of them are pictured and labeled correctly

Got my mechanic to take a look - even though the light worked and the rely making a 'switching' sound the fix was replacing the relay.
