2004 pontiac Grand Prix Wheel/Tire width

I was wondering if anyone new what the max wheel width fit on the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix gt1. I want to put a wider than stock tire on my GP
 


I would say 255s thats with the right size wheels though. Im running 235s up front on my factory 17in rims so you decide based on your rims.
