2004 pontiac grand prix radio not working



Not working as in no audio, no power? Need more information. I'd start by checking all the fuses and go from there.

The lights in the buttons are on but the screen doesn't come on. I've checked the fuses and they are good. I was wondering if replacing the battery could cause it to stop working? That happened on my Civic and I had to go to the dealer for a code. Thanks for the help.
