2004 GTP No Start No Crank... Help

Ok Long story short I bought a 2004 GTP from a car auction. It ran and drove when I bought it. I did have all the ABS, Trac, Stability, TMPS, Air Bag lights on when I bought it and the drives side power seat does not work. It started 3 time after I got it before it decided it would no longer start. When you turn the key to the acc position everything lights up and works as it should and the fuel pump primes. If you turn it to the start position nothing changes from the acc position. All the lights on the dash stay on.

I plugged a scanner on it and it is not commanding to start when the key is turned on. I am thinking maybe a ignition switch or wiring to/from ignition switch. Does anyone have a good diagram of the ignition wiring?

-Battery is good
-Starter is good
-No issues with Security on DIC
-It does not have a Radio

This is going to seem really stupid, but I think it's because you don't have a radio. There is some sort of theft lockout that can occur if the radio is pulled while the battery is connected.

There used to be a thread about it on a different forum that doesn't exist anymore. It effects 04+ only.

Sounds like neutral safety switch.

Also check the ignition relay. I've seen a couple cars towed in to the shop I used to work because somehow it wiggled loose. you can exchange it with one of the other headlamp relays to test it out. It has done it on two of my 04 grand prixs. But, like said above it may be because of the missing radio.
