Hello all. This seemed like the most appropriate place to post this, sorry in advance if it isn't.
Is there a way to attach the front license plate mount without drilling through the front bumper? I live in California where you are required by law to display both front and back plates. Unfortunately, I was pulled over a while back for speeding (just a little bit, nothing gratuitous) and even though the officer waived the speed he did issue a ticket for not having a front plate. I have no problem displaying the front plate, but I'm wondering if I could ghetto it to the air dam with zip-ties or something. :th_doh: I also wonder if that would be acceptable in the eyes of the law when the officer I ask to sign the ticket inspects the mounting.
