2004 Grand Prix knocking noise behind the radio area

So I'm starting to notice a nocking noise coming somewhere from behind the radio or even the glove compartment. It's not from under the hood for sure. I seems to sound mostly when I open the door. Eventually it stops but sounds again even if I'm sitting inside with the engine off. Anyone had this type of problem? Any help or tips ir greatly appreciated.
 


Is it a blend door actuator maybe? Not sure what opening the door would have to do with it but they tend to click click click when they are breaking/broken until they either move or give up.
 
They are on the airbox behind the dash. They control where the air flows to the vents/defrost/floor and at what tempreature, etc. Since I don't know what type of climate controls you have, do all of the positions/areas heat/ac settings work on your HVAC system when you set them?
 


I take it back. The sound stops clicking when it's on the hot side of the temperature. If i rotate it to cool it starts nocking again. The nocking doesn't last long but it's an issue I'd like to fix.
