2004 Grand Prix GTP Overheats

I have a 2004 GTP with a little over 65,000 original miles. About 6 months ago the normal tempature reading started to rise.....engine was running hotter with normal driving. Mechanic replaced the thermostat, temperature sensor and said the radiator showed temp differences (possible has some blockage) so the radiator was replaced. In the past I could not see water dripping, no steam, but I was loosing coolant / water (always had to add a little water)
Today for the 1st time I had to pull over for 10 minutes to let the engine cool....dashboard warning came on for overheating. Turned on the heater...no heat. Just let the car cool, checked again, no heat, and I do have a small puddle under the car, passenger side and I could see water dripping on the same side.
What problem to we have? Water pump? What causes no heat?
Thanks
