2004 GP GTP Comp Group rear brake calipers

I need to change my rear calipers and I See that there are two versions of these. One of the AC Delco calipers available shows it is for the cars with the Ride and Handling package (FE2) [ PN 1722416 for the right-rear ]. Is that the one used on the Comp G cars ??? Also I see mention of of caliper inlets of either M10x1.0 or M10x1.5. How do you know which to buy for the car ? Too many variables for something that should be simple....... :th_laugh-lol3:

I replaced my rear calipers recently and I have the same car as you. The GTP/Comp G uses the same calipers as the base model Grand Prix, so it should be one size fits all. I bought these calipers on eBay a few months ago and installed them. They fit like stock and have held up fine since then. Just had to paint them something close to the OE color so I can still pretend I have a racecar lol

Thanks! I will take a look at those. I am not sure why two different inlet port thread sizes are mentioned on some websites...
