2004 GP Blower Issue

My 2004 GP heat and a/c both work, but air only comes thru the vents when the car is moving. Come to a stop light, no air thru vents. Any ideas on where to start??
 


I was set to replace the blower motor and it started working. Worked for about 3 days and now it stopped again. Anyone have suggestions??
 
Yea, could be the resistor in the fan switch. Hook a volt meter up to the wire side of the connection to the motor (the wire coming from the switch) and slowly turn the switch from off to high. Test it in Ohms to see if there are any opens in the resistor, and the resistance should go down as you get to higher speeds. I'm unsure of what the readings should be though. Can't help you there.
 


Bought a resistor for $54. Few minutes later, had it on and working good! Thanks for the advice everyone! Glad my A/C was working today, it was 99 degrees here in Paragould, Arkansas
