2004 enine in a 98

I can get a 2004 L32 for 450 dollars will it bolt up in the 98 engine bay? I understand the accessories may be a little different so if I use the ones off of the 98 will the swap work?
 


Yeah you just can't use the TB. Everything else for the most part is fine. The actual motors are the same.
