2003 PCM and wiring harness in a 98-02 possible?

is it possible to swap the 03 wiring harness into a 98-02 grand prix? i know you can just swap pcm and add an external range switch to the trans but i want to keep the internal range switch
 


You don't have to swap the whole harness all you will end up doing is connecting the old external range switch wires to the modern Internal mode switch (they changed the terminology but its function/circuit logic is identical) plug and you are done.
The 03 PCM drops in
