Ice and snow got the rear bumper tagged last night.

Think with a new tail light and a rattle can bumper cover kid can be back in the game?

Have not looked to closely yet. I think the trunk lid is straight and left rear quarter is pushed in a bit but my be able to push that back close.

that doesn't look too good.

I had to scour junk yards to find a rear bumper cover, I made a side trip to a pick n pull to get one during a work trip to Pittsburgh , and shoved it in the car and drove it back to Buffalo.

thats never gonna shut right or look right, unless it gets the ass end pulled out. but im sure you could half ass it to some degree.

did the car not get totaled? the labor alone to fix it would be more then its worth.

That just plain ol sucks.. that's going to be a pain to fix in the garage.. I would just go cut a quarter off at the jy and graft it on there. I did it to mine.. It's not mint but I'm the only one who can notice

Yea its pretty messed up. Its more than a bumper cover. Rear quarter back clip ....

She just has liability and it was slippery when she pulled out and could not get going as fast as she thought and the dude could not stop. So not sure how insurance will fight it out. Probably only worth 1500 if pristine.

Did a little sledge hammer and duct tape bodywork and its drive able.

Good thing for the LED tails as they are still red with the red lens gone. [emoji106]

I found a nice bumper cover with matching paint and tail light at a junk yard. Total time for remove 2 bumper covers and put one back on was less than an hour. Just clips and screws.

Your sledge hammer and duct tape job is good enough to bring a tear to any Jerry riggers eye. I second the just run it call
