New here hoping for some info. My 2002 Grand Prix SE has a weird starting issue, When I turn the key on the fuel pump cycles all the lights come on and everything but the car will not crank at all sometimes it starts right up others nothing happens. Could this be a security problem? Or something wrong with the BCM? Any help is appreciated.

Well, it is hard to say what your issue is. But I can say with confidence it isn’t a security problem.
First thing I would do is check my battery voltage. Then I would get the car scanned, in fact if you go to Auto zone they will do both of those checks for free. If these are dead ends I’d look to the starter.
