Whining Noise. It's also Whinning When Accerlating and Turning Its very Loud when you first Start the car then it's settle Down but you can here while you drive and turn. Power Steering Pump ? Transmission Fluid ?

So what happened with thread with your same questions?

Did the transmission fluid change, change anything?

Have you even checked your power steering fluid? If it's not the transmission it's the PS pump making the noise.

Making multiple threads won't help your case.

Trans won't do that.

Fill the power steering fluid. Check for leaks. Pump might already be shot but it's worth filling to try and save it. It's on the top left under the alternator pretty far down. My bet is that it's empty or needs a new pump.
